Returning an Item

After informing us, you must return the item within 14 days. Unless free returns were offered at the time of purchase, return shipping is at your own expense.

Use a reliable, tracked delivery service and retain proof of postage.
We cannot issue refunds for items not received or returned after the deadline.

Refunds

• If your order has not been shipped, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.
• If your order has already been dispatched, we will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item or valid proof of return.

Refunds will be made to your original method of payment.
