PRICING

All product prices are clearly listed on our website and include VAT (where legally applicable) but exclude delivery charges. If there is a change in the VAT rate between your order date and the shipping date, we’ll adjust the VAT accordingly—unless full payment was made prior to the rate change.

We only charge your payment method when your order is dispatched, and we’ll send you a confirmation email. Ownership of the item passes to you once payment is received in full. If any payment is missed or delayed, interest will accrue daily at 2% above the Bank of England base rate, until the outstanding balance is paid in full. You are responsible for both the overdue amount and the interest.

Unless explicitly stated, Wortex Ltd is not the manufacturer of the products listed. While we strive for accuracy, product colors may appear slightly different depending on your device, and packaging may vary. Always refer to product labels, warnings, and instructions before use.

We reserve the right to update or modify products to meet legal or regulatory requirements or to make minor improvements. These updates will not affect the basic function of the product.

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY

Order Handling:
Orders are usually processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 4 PM GMT or on weekends/public holidays will be handled the next working day. Delays may occur during peak seasons like Christmas or sale periods.

Delivery Options & Charges:
Available delivery methods and associated fees (inclusive of VAT) are listed on our website at checkout.

DELAYS OR NON-DELIVERY

If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we’ll inform you as soon as possible. While we can’t offer compensation for such delays, you can cancel the order for a full refund if the delay is likely to be significant. Contact us at info@wortex.co.uk to arrange this.

If an event completely prevents us from fulfilling your order, we’ll notify you and refund you in full for any items not delivered.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product.

To cancel, contact Customer Services using the details under “Returns Policy,” or email info@wortex.co.uk. You may also post the cancellation form to:

Products must be returned within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping is at your cost unless free returns were offered at purchase. Use a trusted courier and keep your proof of postage.

Refunds:

  • If the product wasn’t delivered: within 14 days of cancellation.
  • If returned: within 14 days of receiving the item or proof of return.

We refund standard delivery costs only, not express or scheduled services. Items returned damaged, used, or incomplete may lead to deductions or a denied refund.

RETURNS POLICY

We comply with UK laws requiring products to be as described and fit for purpose.

If there’s an issue, please email info@wortex.co.uk or use our website’s contact form. Include a description, your preferred resolution (refund or replacement), and a photo of the issue.

If a fault is confirmed, we’ll send a pre-paid return label and keep you updated during the process.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

If your item becomes faulty within 12 months of delivery (excluding misuse or normal wear), we’ll repair or replace it. Follow the returns process above.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • Up to 30 days: full refund for faulty goods
  • Up to 6 months: full refund if not repairable or replaceable
  • Up to 6 years: partial refund if the product fails prematurely

PRODUCT USAGE

All products are for personal or home-office use unless stated otherwise. Any misuse, modification, or commercial use voids your warranty and may impact your return eligibility.

CUSTOMS & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders outside mainland UK may be subject to local customs duties/taxes. These are your responsibility.

As the importer, you must follow local laws. Customs may inspect packages.

CONTRACT TERMINATION

We may cancel your order if delivery cannot be completed in a reasonable time.

OUR LIABILITY

Wortex Ltd is not responsible for:

  • Unforeseeable losses
  • Delays due to events beyond our control
  • Losses preventable by your actions
  • Losses related to business use

This does not affect liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

CHILDREN

We do not sell to minors. Users under 18 must use our website under adult supervision.

DATA PRIVACY

Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Notice, available on our website.
